  • How do I know what my model number is? How do I find it?


  • On most coffee makers, coffee grinders, blenders, food processors the MODEL or TYPE number can be found on the bottom of the appliance. On KitchenAid stand mixers the model number can be found on the bottom of the appliance.

  • Can I change or cancel my Order?


  • Due to our commitment to process your order as quickly as possible, we ship all in stock orders within 48 hours or less. Therefore, once an order has been placed, it is NOT POSSIBLE to cancel that order. For further assistance please call our customer service call center at 1-888-277-5776. Although we cannot promise to stop delivery of your order, our customer service representative will make every effort possible to try and accommodate your request. PLEASE NOTE: SPECIAL ORDER PARTS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. We do not inventory these parts and are only purchasing them per your request. Payment will be collected when the order is processed, and cannot be refunded. If you no longer need the part, you will have to "Return" the item, and a 50% restocking fee will be deducted.



  • Why would an item be out of stock when it still appears on your site as in stock?


  • Our inventory is normally updated every 24 hours. Unfortunately, due to the high demands of certain items our website may not reflect that an item might have just sold out immediately.

  • When is my credit card charged?


  • We will only charge your credit card once your order has been shipped. If the item you have ordered is on "back-order status", your card will not be charged until we actually ship your order.
    PLEASE NOTE: Special order parrts are charged when the order is processed.We do not inventory these parts and are ordering them per your request.



  • How to check the status of back order items?


  • Once an order has been submitted you may check on the status of that order by logging into your account & select "Order status & History"


  • How soon will I have my order?


  • All in stock orders are processed within 48 hours. Depending on your geographical location, shipping times vary from 3 to 7 business days.


  • Do you ship to military address APO / FPO's?


  • No

  • Do you ship internationally?

  • What are your shipping charges?

  • Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order, and where it is being shipped.


  • Will my information be kept private?


  • Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the information collected is used only to complete the process of your order. We do not share or sell any of your personal information to any third-party vendor.


  • Is it safe to use my credit card online?


  • Our site is 100% secure for all your information and credit card transactions. Your Trust and Confidence is important to us, so every transaction is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in order to maintain security.


  • Return Merchandise Authorization Requests


  • To obtain a RMA# for your return, please email your request to returns@smallappliance.com or call 1-516-992-8200. RMA requests are filled Mon.-Fri. usually within 48-72 hrs. Products returned without an RMA number will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
